The Hypocrisy of the Speed Limit
Jordan, I can not wait for you to go back to the East Coast as well. It is drivers like you that California does not need.

Can not stand Californians. The culture of entitlement. Why on earth would anyone speed up to block a lane change or not let someone merge? These selfish creeps have invaded Idaho.Wish they would leave.

Holy shit! CA traffic is the worst Ive ever seen. I thought Chicago was irresponsible. California is a deathwish. Some people seem to think a bad driver is a slow one or someone who won't "move out of the way"... calm your tits and little dick and chill the fuck out. You're not proving anything other than your immaturity by risking everyone's life including yours. Follow the rules of the road and you won't kill yourself and risk the lives of others! Use your turn signal every time! Calm the fuck down, enjoy yourself, and slow down. It's not a competition. It's commuting. Getting from A to B shouldn't require adrenaline and a selfish attitude. The state of traffic reflects the health and state of the area. L.A. is chaos and immaturity. Take a drive around Colorado, people smile, enjoy the scenery, and are supportive of their neighbors. Damn.

      Tailgating
You should try driving in Utah freeways. There is a fast lane there, and people become very aggressive if you are not driving 20 miles over the speed limit. It's all about who wants to win there, who is the fastest. There is no driving etiquette in Utah. It is horrible.

Please go back to school and learn good use of language, and some manners.

The potty mouth language isn't appropriate.

RE: "their assholes" You mean they're (not "their"). ;-) They're = they are their = possessive (as in their car).

      Tailgating
Another thing ... if the highway patrol or the police cite you for tailgating other vehicles, and they do have the legal right to do this, then you can be fined around $400. If they determine someone to be driving unsafely and a danger to other drivers, they have the right to intervene and pull that person over. Tailgating is defined in the law under aggressive driving, and unsafe and/or aggressive driving is against the law, and against the safe driving principles taught by driving instructors and classes. Safe driving is expected when you pass your exam, and owning a drivers license is a privilege, not a mandatory right.

What to do when Pulled Over by a Cop
Bro wtf the cop didnt say any of that shit to me all he said was "I pulled you over because you were speeding" and then wrote me a ticket and said he clocked me doing 80. I've finished traffic school since but this guy didn't even give me a chance to explain or anything i was sitting in the middle lane doing 80 California is fucking ridiculous I cant wait to go back to the east coast

Stating the obvious- LA drivers that suck are usually people who come here and are not used to as much traffic and congestion. They get confused. Then, you have the entitled in certain areas who are just dicks. Is there anything to be done? Nope. The expansion of the track will not help. It will just give the illusion of better traffic, which will entice more people to move here. I think parking tickets should extend to people who park shitty in parking spaces at places like the grocery store etc. I wonder if crime would decrease if laws were stricter on idiotic driving. Fewer people becoming homicidal during their morning commute.

  • About

I’ve driven in California since 1991. I’ve spent many trips running up and down the state as well as driving in many other states. After all of this driving, I became fed up with how bad California drivers on. I wanted to point out what they do to either help change a few drivers or at least entertain the rest of the world with Californian’s horrible driving.

I’m located in Orange County in a couple of the richest areas. I see every type of car that is out there in this area. It’s like a car show. Going to a car show isn’t exciting anymore because you see most of the cars driving around anyway. I also work at a place where people buy all the different types of cars. We have Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Lotus, etc. So you can even see a lot of the cars in the work parking lot.

Disclaimer: You’re on your own with these tips. They are not the official law and in no way represent what you should be doing should a cop pull you over.
